Q: Do you have a physical Shop I can come to? 

A: No. This is an online business only at this point in time. 

Q: How do you pack your records?

A: All records are sent in a sturdy record mailer with tracking provided.

Q: How much is postage?

A: Postage is $10 flat rate for 1-3 records and free within Australia for 4 or more.

Q: Once I order, how long does it take to get my record?

A: We aim to ship out next business day at the latest. We use Australia post parcel service, so general time frames for delivery are available on the Australia Post site. 

Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: No. This is an online shop only. 

Q: I can't find what I want on your site? Do you do pre orders? 

A: If you can't find a particular record you are looking for let us know. We will try and track it down using our worldwide distribution contacts.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: There is a longwinded returns policy page you can read. However in basic terms - We will only replace or offer a refund if your item is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us and we will do what we can to remedy the issue. Postal damages will be dealt with through Australia Post, we can assist you with that process. Australia Post has $100 insurance with all parcel post items.
